José O. Castañeda, Jr.
A practical approach to complex matters
José O. Castañeda, Jr. is admitted to practice in Florida, New York and Connecticut. A 2001 graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law, he was admitted to The Florida Bar in December 2001. From the firm’s Coral Springs office, his work begins with careful listening: understanding the facts, identifying time-sensitive concerns, and explaining realistic options in plain language.
Nearly 25 years of litigation experience have shaped José’s approach: know the facts, prepare thoroughly, explain the options, and keep the client’s priorities in view. His practice combines courtroom advocacy with negotiation and practical legal counsel.
Attorney José O. Castañeda, Jr. handles selected litigation and counseling matters involving criminal defense, personal injury, immigration, civil and business disputes, bankruptcy, family law, probate, traffic matters, and contracts. Representation depends on conflicts, jurisdiction, deadlines, and the firm’s acceptance of the engagement.
