Jose O. Castañeda Sr. has practiced law since 1992. He has successfully represented numerous
clients in that time. He is also a part-time judge for Port Chester, and is Port Chester’s first
Hispanic judge.

Jose O. Castañeda Jr. practiced law in Florida for a number of years prior to teaming with his
father to form the Castañeda Law Group. He was a public defender in West Palm Beach, where
he gained substantial trial experience successfully representing his clients. In 2009, he was
selected for inclusion as a Rising Star in Florida Super Lawyers. He is licensed to practice law in
New York, Connecticut and Florida.
